France to carry second assembly on Ukraine: Canada amongst invitees

France organizes a second assembly on Ukraine and European safety with the participation of recent nations. Norway, Canada, the Baltic States, the Czech Republic, Greece, Finland, Romania, Sweden and Belgium are invited to the assembly.
