Japan posts safety guards on standard road attributable to harmful picture shoots of vacationers

Otaru metropolis authorities have deployed safety guards on Funamizaka Avenue because of the uncontrolled inflow of vacationers in search of the right picture. Earlier, a vacationer was killed whereas attempting to take an image at this location.
