The French newspaper Le Monde has reported that Kirill Dmitriev, a Kremlin consultant in talks with Washington concerning the Russo-Ukrainian struggle, was in Paris on 7 January.

Particulars: A supply acquainted with the matter advised Le Monde that Dmitriev had been noticed on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré.
The Élysée Palace denied reviews that Dmitriev had visited the presidential palace the day after a gathering of leaders of the Coalition of the Keen had taken place in Paris on 6 January. That assembly was attended by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, US President Donald Trump's Particular Envoy Steve Witkoff and Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner.
Le Monde mentioned that Dmitriev had been obtained on the US Embassy in Paris, which is situated close to the Élysée Palace.
