Russian forces attacked the town of Kupiansk and the village of Vovchanski Khutory in Kharkiv Oblast on 31 Might, killing one girl and injuring three individuals.

Particulars: The Russian navy used a first-person view drone to assault residents working within the backyard in Vovchanski Khutory. A 47-year-old girl and a 57-year-old man had been injured within the strike, with assorted levels of severity. They had been hospitalised.

A 63-year-old girl was killed in a Russian strike on Kupiansk. One other native resident, a 65-year-old man, suffered an acute stress response.
