Romania desires to strengthen NATO's place within the Black Sea

The Romanian Protection Council has permitted a plan to extend the variety of small warships to strengthen its place within the Black Sea and on NATO's japanese flank. The nation plans to extend protection spending to 2.5% of GDP.
