Russia accuses West of getting ready for armed confrontation with Moscow

Russian consultant Alexander Grushko has accused Western states of intentionally getting ready for an armed confrontation with the Russian Federation at a gathering of overseas ministers from the member states of the OSCE in Vienna.

Particulars: Russian Deputy Overseas Minister Alexander Grushko advised diplomats from OSCE states that the arms management regime in Europe has turn into "a sufferer of the West's aggressive coverage".
