Russia has launched one more assault on a Dnipropetrovsk Oblast coal mine belonging to DTEK, the biggest non-public power firm in Ukraine.

Particulars: A complete of 496 miners have been underground on the time of the assault. All have been delivered to the floor and none has been injured.
This has been the seventh large-scale assault on DTEK's coal services over the previous two months.
Background:
- On 19 October, Russian forces struck Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, hitting a coal mine belonging to DTEK.
- Earlier on 25 October, Russian forces struck an power facility within the Chuhuiv district of Kharkiv Oblast.
