Russia strikes substation in Kyiv Oblast, injuring two energy engineers

Russian forces have struck power infrastructure in Kyiv Oblast. Two staff of DTEK, the most important non-public power firm in Ukraine, have been injured in a strike on a substation within the Boryspil district.
