Russians shelled Kupyansk: lady killed, man wounded – police<p>On account of the shelling of Kupyansk by Russian troops on October 12, a 59-year-old lady was killed and a 63-year-old man sustained a number of accidents. Police are investigating the assault as a battle crime, documenting the results and amassing proof.</p>
