Quote: "According to the investigation, Russian troops carried out an airstrike on the village of Kivsharivka, Kupiansk district, at around 16:00 on 29 November. A 74-year-old man was killed."

Details: The prosecutors say residential buildings and an educational institution were damaged.

Preliminarily, the Russian military struck the village with FAB-500 guided aerial bombs.
