Russia agrees that safety ensures for Ukraine needs to be offered equally by the US, the UK, France and China, Russian Overseas Minister Sergei Lavrov has stated.

"Furthermore, the dialogue of any points with out Moscow’s involvement is inappropriate," RIA Novosti quoted Lavrov as saying.
