Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova has stated that Ukraine shouldn’t be seen solely as an "evil empire" and described how Ukrainian troopers shared meals with residents of Russia’s Kursk Oblast.

Particulars: Moskalkova stated she had spoken to residents of Kursk Oblast who had allegedly been taken to Ukraine after which returned to Russia. They informed her "numerous issues", she stated.
