Russian ship's gasoline tanks leak close to Syria — GUR

Gasoline tanks on the Russian amphibious assault ship “Alexander Orefakovsky” are leaking close to the port of Tartus. The Russian army is unable to acquire permission to enter the port to evacuate property.
