Russian forces killed a person throughout an assault on the village of Tomyna Balka in Kherson Oblast on the morning of 21 December.

Background:
- The Russian military launched a hour-long large-scale assault on the town of Kherson on the morning of 20 December, killing two folks and injuring 11, varied sources reported.
- Prokudin reported that inside 40 minutes, about 1,000 shells had fallen on Kherson alone, with hits in all districts of the town. Kherson Oblast Army Administration famous that the Russians focused residential areas and social and important infrastructure.
