Russian forces attacked the village of Kindrashivka within the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv Oblast on 13 March.

Particulars: The investigators reported that the assault occurred at roughly 19:30. A person, 65, sustained a blast harm and contusion. A number of homes within the village had been broken.
