A Ukrainian delegation headed by Rustem Umierov, Secretary of the Nationwide Safety and Defence Council of Ukraine, has set off for the USA to proceed talks on the US "peace plan". Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expects a report on Sunday.

Particulars: Ukrainska Pravda sources near the negotiating group stated that Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) is being represented within the delegation that left for the USA on 28 November by Main Normal Vadym Skibitskyi.
DIU's Head Kyrylo Budanov has not travelled to the USA and stays at his publish in Kyiv.
Beforehand: The Economist journalist Oliver Carroll had earlier stated on X (Twitter) that, primarily based on his data, Normal Budanov is "on solution to the US. Presumably as head of negotiation".
