Taiwan will present US$2 million to a world mine motion fund for Ukraine.

Element: In an announcement, the Lithuanian Ministry of Defence stated the Taiwanese mission in Vilnius had expressed its intention to contribute US$2 million to Lithuania's ongoing demining efforts in Ukraine throughout a gathering with Lithuanian Defence Ministry representatives.
"Taiwan and Lithuania unanimously recognise the significance and necessity of cooperation in addressing the problem of clearing unexploded mines in Ukraine," the Lithuanian Defence Ministry stated.
It’s reported that Taiwan has already efficiently supported cooperation initiatives with Lithuania to rebuild Ukrainian colleges and kindergartens in communities affected by the battle.
Background: Ukraine’s Cupboard of Ministers has amended the process for utilizing funds offered for within the state price range to compensate for the prices of humanitarian mine clearance on agricultural land.
