The EU might give Putin 240 billion euros if Hungary blocks sanctions – Ministry of Overseas Affairs of Estonia

If Hungary blocks sanctions in opposition to the Russian Federation, the EU might return 240 billion euros of frozen property to Putin. Estonia requires the confiscation of those funds.
