Tragedy in Dominica: Membership roof collapse claims the lives of 66 individuals
In Santo Domingo, the roof of a nightclub collapsed, killing 66 individuals and injuring greater than 160. Among the many lifeless are baseball participant Octavio Dotel and Governor Nelsi Cruz.
