Ukraine's Minister of Overseas Affairs Andrii Sybiha has welcomed stories that France has detained a sanctioned Russian tanker within the Mediterranean Sea.

Particulars: Sybiha stated France's actions have been "precisely the energy and resolve which can be wanted when coping with aggressive and lawless terrorist state, Russia".
"The one language they perceive. We welcome France's resolute management that demonstrates the energy of Europe and our shared rules," he added.
