Quote: "On the night of 28-29 November 2024 (starting from 18:30 on 28 November), the enemy attacked Ukraine with 132 Shahed-type attack UAVs and unidentified drones that were launched from the Russian cities of Oryol, Millerovo, Kursk and Primorsko-Akhtarsk."

Details: It was reported that Ukrainian aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare equipment and mobile fire groups of the defence forces were involved in repelling the attack.

As of 09:00 on 29 November, air defence had shot down 88 Russian drones in the Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa and Mykolaiv oblasts.

Ukraine’s Air Force noted that 41 UAVs had disappeared from radar, presumably due to active countermeasures by the defence forces' electronic warfare, and one more UAV flew back to Russia.

As a result of the Russian attack, infrastructure, cars, houses and apartment blocks were damaged in several Ukrainian oblasts, and the people who sustained injuries are being provided with assistance.
