Paratroopers of the 71st Separate Jaeger Brigade along with different items of the Ukrainian defence forces have repelled a large-scale Russian assault on the Novopavlivka entrance in Donetsk Oblast.

Particulars: The Russians launched an assault with greater than 20 armoured autos – a number of tanks and greater than a dozen infantry combating autos manned by soldiers.

Quote: "The iron fist was geared toward our positions and the borders of neighbouring items. The audacity of the assault was monumental, because the occupiers have been marching in a convoy, hoping to interrupt by means of our defences.

Forward of the armoured autos have been motorcyclists who manoeuvred and tried to interrupt by means of the traces of our paratroopers at excessive pace. Intelligence noticed the enemy forces in time, and the coordinated actions of artillerymen and drone pilots of the 71st Jaeger Brigade and neighbouring items broke the enemy's battle formation after which methodically destroyed it.
