The Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery in Russia’s Rostov Oblast has suspended operations following drone assaults that broken its gear.

Quote: "In 2024, it [the refinery – ed.] processed, by varied estimates, as much as 3 million tonnes of oil, though it has the capability to course of 7.5 million tonnes. Nevertheless, assaults prevented it from working at full capability."
Particulars: Kovalenko said that gear on the refinery was broken, and it’s at present unable to renew operations.
