Ukraine's Overseas Minister Andrii Sybiha has stated that current statements by Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin don’t present any willingness to finish the battle.

Particulars: Sybiha stated that Putin has spent a second day in a row making "statements that reveal that he doesn’t plan to finish the battle".
