Ukraine's Cupboard of Ministers appointed two new deputy ministers of protection on Feb. 7, Taras Melnychuk, the Cupboard's consultant in parliament, introduced.
The deputy ministers are Lieutenant Normal Yevhen Moysiuk and Captain Valerii Churkin.
