Fines and imprisonment: Ukraine has elevated duty for blocking entry to protecting constructions
Ukraine has elevated duty for violating the foundations of sustaining shelters. Failure to offer entry to a shelter is punishable by a nice of as much as UAH 3,400, and for repeated violations – as much as UAH 8,500.
