Fraudsters name households of prisoners of conflict on behalf of humanitarian missions – Coordination Heart
Kin of Ukrainian prisoners of conflict are receiving calls from fraudsters posing as staff of worldwide organizations. The scammers demand fee for allegedly sending parcels to the prisoners.
