Russian hackers claimed involvement within the world ChatGPT failure: what does the Armed Forces need to do with it

The Russian hacker group 22c and the cyber militant group PalachPro declare that they allegedly attacked ChatGPT as a result of it was utilized by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In accordance with them, the service helped the Ukrainian navy analyze satellite tv for pc pictures.
