Vasyl Nechet, the Russian-installed head of occupied Berdiansk in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, has been injured after his automotive exploded, Suspilne reported on Dec. 24, citing Mykola Matvienko, performing head of the Berdiansk metropolis navy administration.
