Russian ombudsman unexpectedly praises Ukrainian Armed Forces in Kursk area

Russian Ombudsman Moskalkova stated that the Ukrainian army shared meals with residents of the Kursk area. In line with her, the Ukrainians have been taken to Sumy after which returned to Russia by Belarus.
