The dying toll from the Russian strike on Kramatorsk has risen to 4 folks – State Emergency Service<p>On account of the Russian strike on a residential constructing in Kramatorsk on July 31, 4 folks died and 13 have been injured. Rescuers extinguished the hearth and cleared over 185 tons of particles.</p>
