Ukraine is going through a $10 billion "funding hole" for reconstruction initiatives in 2025, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated on April 2.
Shmyhal's made the feedback on social media after a gathering of the Steering Committee of the Ukraine Donor Platform.
