Particulars: Costa said that he had arrived in Budapest to fulfill with Orbán and "put together for the particular European Council on 6 March".

"In these difficult occasions, preserving European unity has by no means been extra essential," he added.

Orbán, in flip, briefly described his assembly with the European Council president by quoting Bob Dylan: "The occasions, they’re a-changin'."
