Rebels in DR Congo declare a ceasefire for “humanitarian causes”

An alliance of insurgent teams in jap DR Congo has introduced a humanitarian ceasefire. In accordance with the UN, 900 individuals had been killed within the latest battles for Goma, and greater than 400,000 grew to become refugees.
